Responsibilities
Take full ownership of a diverse territory and manage a book of business
Partner with large, complex accounting and bookkeeping firms to develop bespoke strategies
Build and execute territory plans to identify upgrade opportunities
Design and deliver presentations for Xero Partner events
Manage Partner health using Salesforce to track activity and mitigate risks
Requirements
Proven track record in relationship management or sales within technology or SaaS sectors
Understanding of how accounting practices operate
Strong storytelling ability for complex value propositions
Natural initiative to work autonomously with a large book of business
Results-oriented mindset for meeting targets through strategic planning
