Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end CRM projects, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and budget
Serve as the primary interface between business areas, technology teams, and executive stakeholders
Manage initiatives with a strong data component, including integration, data quality, and governance
Drive project planning, tracking, and executive reporting
Identify risks, propose mitigation plans, and ensure continuous improvement of deliveries
Support the definition of strategies and process improvements related to the CRM ecosystem
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (functional, technical, and data)
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager in CRM
Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Ikilva, and/or Veeva
Experience in data-focused projects (integration, analysis, data quality, and governance)
Ability to operate fluently between technical and business areas
Analytical, structured mindset with strategic vision
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in complex, high-criticality environments
Experience with agile and/or traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK)
