Responsibilities
Contribute to the CRM activity plan
Participate in the implementation of the CRM action plan
Assist in preparing and deploying email marketing campaigns
Create targetings for different communities
Set up campaigns
Participate in building the customer journey
Create and adapt email templates
Schedule and publish campaigns by language and geographic area
Monitor campaign performance
Produce campaign reports
Track and analyze key KPIs
Identify and share improvement opportunities with the team
Participate in creating and managing contests using the Qualifio tool
Contribute to marketing activation around digital initiatives
Monitor campaign performance
Maintain regular watch on CRM and email marketing best practices
Contribute to the continuous improvement of campaigns and content
Participate in events and live broadcasts (approximately 2 to 3 weekends per year)
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master’s-level program (equivalent to Bac+4/5)
Strong interest in digital, sports event management and customer experience
Digital literacy and knowledge of digital marketing levers
Good command of digital tools and marketing reporting
