Responsibilities
Identify, qualify and advance new business opportunities in the German public sector
Own the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through proposals and tenders to successful closure
Manage complex commercial processes, including tenders and procurement procedures, with a focus on winning contracts
Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, events and roadshows to increase the Omnidocs brand's visibility
Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate leads
Build and maintain a strong network within public administration and the IT partner landscape
Translate market and customer feedback into product and go-to-market priorities
Identify, develop and maintain strategic partnerships for long-term cooperation
Requirements
You are an experienced sales professional with proven success in new business within the public sector
Structured, disciplined approach to pipeline building, follow-up and deal closing
Confident navigating political, administrative and public procurement decision-making processes
Experience in acquiring new customers and building long-term relationships at both management and operational levels
Entrepreneurial, strategic and hands-on, ideally with experience in international markets
Fluent German; good command of English
