Responsibilities
Functional and disciplinary leadership of a team responsible for strategic HR-IT solutions covering employee development, talent management and employee retention
Steering, coordinating and prioritizing project and implementation activities, e.g., in recruiting, onboarding, performance and offboarding
Analyzing and implementing customer and business requirements in collaboration with business units and other related departments into sustainable, standardized data management solutions
Designing an enterprise-wide HR platform for talent identification, potential development and employee retention
Ensuring integration with adjacent systems (e.g., Employee Central) and compliance with governance, data protection and regulatory requirements
Close coordination with global HR units, internal implementation partners, IT architecture, security, consulting and operations
Cross-team collaboration and communication with related IT areas and departments such as Consulting, Development, Implementation, Operations, Infrastructure, Security, Integration and BPM
Building a documented, transparent system landscape with clear responsibilities and interfaces
Supporting rollouts, training and hypercare phases to ensure sustainable adoption and usability of the solutions
Requirements
Several years of professional experience in HR-IT, talent management or comparable HR system landscapes
Initial leadership experience desirable — alternatively high self-initiative and interest in leadership
Structured, solution-oriented working style with a strong team focus and an entrepreneurial mindset
Proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
High degree of self-reflection and willingness to further develop
Strong communication skills — in German and English
