HRIS Specialist supporting HR software for 12,000+ employees in a hybrid setup. Role involves project management, documentation, and data cleaning tasks.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project timelines, meetings, tasks, and deadlines for HRIS initiatives.
Track progress and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Create and maintain documentation on system configuration, workflows, and process improvements.
Monitor and communicate upcoming software releases and roadmaps.
Generate basic reports as requested
Assist and document data auditing and cleaning efforts.
Collects employee feedback and reports key themes to the HRIS team.
Supports software-related change initiatives, such as training and communication.
Stays current with HR technology and emerging trends.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field preferred, or a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong understanding of project management and technical documentation.
Familiarity with HR processes and HRIS systems (ADP Lyric REQUIRED)
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information to employees in a clear and accessible way.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project tracking and knowledge-base tools.
