HR Advisor within a fast-growing, multi-country shared service environment at Domestic & General. Supporting a wide range of HR processes while ensuring exceptional colleague experience.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for employee and manager inquiries across all HR processes and queries.
Resolve cases within agreed SLAs, escalating complex or sensitive issues as appropriate.
Complete routine tasks within agreed SLAs.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive colleague experience in every interaction.
Accurately process HR transactions in Workday and other systems.
Support all core HR activities such as payroll inputs, onboarding, lifecycle, offboarding, and benefits.
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all transactions.
Maintain and update documentation, knowledge articles, SOP and FAQs to enable self‑service.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, automation and service optimisation.
Requirements
Experience of working within a fast-paced HR Shared Service environment, ideally within multiple countries.
Exposure to delivering a wide range of HR services such as payroll input, onboarding, lifecycle, offboarding, benefits, and documentation management.
A track record of delivering to SLAs in a time critical environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Examples of identifying process improvements and efficiencies enabled by technology and executing.
Knowledge of an enterprise level HR Management System (Workday would be fantastic but is not essential).
