Sales Solution Engineer supporting OEM partners in integrating IT security solutions into their offerings. Collaborating with teams to analyze customer needs and conduct technical presentations.
Responsibilities
Provide technical consulting and support to OEM partners throughout the sales process
Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable integration scenarios
Conduct product demos, workshops, and technical presentations
Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and use cases
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering
Support proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and pilot projects
Relay partner feedback to internal teams to inform product development and solution improvements
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders and partner sales teams
Drive sustained revenue growth through strong relationships with our OEM partners
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
Experience in technical sales or in solution development for software products
Knowledge of IT security, software integration, and APIs (REST, SDKs, etc.)
Strong communication skills – able to explain complex technical concepts clearly
Independent, solution-oriented work style with a strong commitment to quality
Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken)
