- HR Consultant at Buro Payroll supporting clients' HR needs in diverse assignments in Amsterdam. Engaging in process optimizations and working with local HR teams for various projects.
Responsibilities

- Veel van onze klanten werken met AFAS
Requirements
- Minimaal 1-7 jaar werkervaring op een HR-afdeling (afhankelijk van junior, medior of senior consultant rol)
- MBO+ of HBO diploma bij voorkeur HRM
- Stressbestendigheid en doorzettingsvermogen
- Pro-activiteit en aanpassingsvermogen
- Je weet van aanpakken en kunt snel schakelen
- Je werkt secuur en nauwkeurig
- Je kunt structuur aanbrengen in je werk en prioriteiten stellen
- Je bent communicatief sterk; je kan goed luisteren en doorvragen
- Je vindt het niet erg om in het diepe gegooid te worden, aangezien je goed zelfstandig kan zwemmen
- Kennis van AFAS is een grote pré!
