Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting
  • Italian native speaker
  • Fluent in English
  • Passionate about improving client experience and relationship development
  • Understanding of social-first delivery (strategy, creative, media, and management)
  • Good understanding of project management principles
  • Proven track record of retaining, developing, and growing accounts
