Field Sales Representative responsible for building relationships and creating demand for Richardson RFPD products in Italy. Collaborating with customers and suppliers to support technical projects and training.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain influential relationships with customers, suppliers and Richardson RFPD partners creating demand for Richardson RFPD products.
Prepare and conduct training sessions and technical meetings with customers and suppliers.
Influence the technical direction and priorities in customer projects based on Richardson’s design strategy, supplier input, and market conditions.
Manage designs from conception to production, providing all sales support needed including customer visits, supplier visits and engineering services.
Maintain and grow customer database and defined vertical market and applications.
Provide reports and market knowledge of territory and growth plans.
Support customers’ development engineers in selecting the right technologies and components for their next design.
Requirements
8 years+ of related experience, ideally with a distribution background in the territory defined above as an Field Sales Engineer.
Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
Ability to negotiate and to build relationships at all levels of customers and suppliers.
Fluent Italian and English at least at B2 level are required to succeed in this role.
Driver’s license.
University degree in electronics or related subject as a plus.
