Responsibilities
Engaging with Enterprise prospects to turn them into happy Alan customers.
Finding leads, understanding the needs of our Enterprise prospects, presenting our delightful product, driving sales, and managing key customer relationships until they sign the contract.
Understanding, embracing and applying the Alan Smart & Soft selling method.
Requirements
At least 5 years experience selling to Large/Enterprise companies
B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling to HR
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish
Ability to create a high-touch strategy adapted to each prospect
Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
Humility on learning from others and on being challenged on your actions
Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
Willing to go the extra mile
Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team
Desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1
