Platform Manager providing strategic leadership for OLX's Salesforce ecosystem and related technologies. Combining technical expertise with business acumen to optimize platform utilization.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor providing expert recommendations on Salesforce platform solutions (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRMA) with emphasis on scalability, efficiency, and business alignment
Collaborate with Solution Architects to design technical solutions that address evolving business requirements and strategic objectives
Drive platform roadmap development and execution, ensuring optimal utilization of Salesforce and integrated ecosystem tools
Implement robust governance, security, and compliance measures while managing vendor relationships and technology investments
Identify inefficiencies across sales and customer support processes to design streamlined, automated solutions
Integrate various platforms (Salesforce, ECB, Guuru) to enhance data flow, reporting accuracy, and operational improvements
Build and mentor a high-performance team with skills across administration, development, and architecture
Create enablement strategies that empower Sales and Customer Support teams with actionable insights and automation
Develop and monitor technology budgets aligned with company priorities and ROI goals
Establish metrics to measure platform effectiveness and drive continuous improvement across the organization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred)
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, or higher)
7+ years of Salesforce platform management experience with 5+ years in technology leadership
Experience building and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record in vendor management, budget oversight, and platform strategy execution
Deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CRMA)
Experience with enterprise integration, IT governance, and data security/compliance
Knowledge of service management and project/change management methodologies
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Willingness to travel occasionally to different office locations (up to 20%)
