Responsibilities
Apoyar al equipo de ventas impulsando el crecimiento de nuevos negocios en el mercado europeo.
Adoptar un enfoque consultivo de ventas para identificar oportunidades y ganar nuevos negocios.
Gestionar interacciones con los clientes, enfocándose en el mercado polaco.
Desarrollar y gestionar un portafolio de cuentas, asegurando actualizaciones precisas en CRM/ERP.
Preparar y gestionar cotizaciones, propuestas y documentación comercial personalizadas.
Construir relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes mediante un soporte post-venta excepcional.
Requirements
Mentalidad orientada al cliente con excelentes habilidades para construir relaciones.
Experiencia previa en telesales y/o entornos de comercio electrónico.
Experiencia comprobada en ventas y atención al cliente, idealmente en el sector de TI.
Orientado a resultados, con un fuerte impulso para superar los objetivos de ventas.
Polaco nativo o fluido (hablado y escrito) es requerido.
Alto nivel de inglés es un gran plus.
Disponibilidad para trabajar desde Madrid (candidatos ya radicados en Madrid son preferibles).
Deseo de aprender y capacidad para comprender rápidamente nuevos conceptos empresariales y técnicos.
