About the role

  • Sales Setter for Blümlein AI & Automation, engaging with medium-sized businesses in structured discussions. Responsible for qualifying leads and collaborating with marketing while working in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for prospective clients
  • Daily conversations with CEOs and decision-makers from SMEs
  • Conduct structured initial conversations (no random cold calling)
  • Determine if and how Blümlein AI & Automation can help
  • Properly pre-qualify leads and schedule closing-call appointments
  • Document conversations in the CRM
  • Work closely with Marketing & Consulting
  • Receive regular feedback and coaching

Requirements

  • Clear communicator and comfortable with phone calls
  • Eager to learn sales professionally
  • Ambitious and driven to improve measurably
  • Ability to follow established processes
  • Able to perform well under pressure
  • Calm, pleasant, and engaging voice
  • Open to feedback (tough love instead of ego)
  • Excellent German (spoken and written)
  • Initial experience in sales, agency, or consulting environment (nice to have)
  • Experience as a setter, SDR, or sales assistant (nice to have)
