About the role

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for advertising and sponsorships and maintain sponsorship/catalog materials. Coordinate with partner applicants, handle CRM updates, invoice follow-up, and provide support to the Communications department.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the sales process (prospecting, negotiation, requesting invoices, conducting meetings and calls, etc.) for partner companies
  • Responsible for preparing the sponsorship and advertising catalog
  • Curate the catalog of incentive projects submitted by partner applicants
  • Liaison for receiving artwork and performing evaluations
  • Responsible for following up on outstanding invoices
  • Maintain records/file of completed sales
  • Sending physical publications to advertisers and/or sponsors
  • CRM system updates
  • Support for the Communications department's activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Communication (Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields)
  • Experience in sales
  • Advanced English; German is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Strong interpersonal skills
