About the role

  • Sales Intern assisting in customer acquisition and relationship building for AI scouting platform. Collaborating with software developers and supporting product demos.

Responsibilities

  • Support in acquiring new customers and maintaining existing accounts in the area of football clubs, associations and sports organizations
  • Assist in preparing proposals and supporting contract negotiations
  • Help conduct product demos and workshops to clearly communicate the benefits of our software
  • Provide ongoing customer support during the contract term in close cooperation with the sales team
  • Work closely with our software developers to relay market feedback and continuously further develop the platform
  • Support customer visits and participate in events to represent the company and expand our network

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a relevant degree program, e.g., sports management, business administration, marketing or a related field
  • You have initial exposure to sales or customer support—through internships, working-student positions or personal projects
  • You are passionate about sport and can identify with the needs and challenges of our target audience
  • You are communicative, proactive in approaching people and eager to play an active role in building customer relationships
  • Occasional willingness to travel and time flexibility are advantageous, as you may attend customer visits and events
  • Language skills: English is required; additional languages are a plus
  • Initial contact or interest in the football industry and its decision-making structures is desirable
