About the role

  • Sales & Admissions Advisor at Le Wagon guiding prospective students in their application journeys. Engaging with candidates and managing admissions processes for bootcamps in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries (emails, phone calls) and conduct sales meetings to address questions and guide leads toward application.
  • Develop and execute nurturing campaigns, collaborating closely with the Marketing & CRM team to engage leads through targeted content and follow-ups.
  • Help motivated candidates apply quickly and smoothly to our bootcamps by guiding them through a streamlined application process.
  • Participate in online and on-campus events (info sessions, webinars, open days) covering topics such as financing options, bootcamp content, and career outcomes, to engage prospective students and drive conversions.
  • Manage and process applications for candidates wishing to join our Berlin campus bootcamps and online programs, ensuring a smooth and timely experience from first contact to enrollment.
  • Advise candidates on public funding options, with a particular focus on the Bildungsgutschein, guiding them through eligibility criteria and the application process.
  • Conduct admissions interviews to assess candidates' motivation, profile fit, and readiness, and provide personalized guidance to help them choose the right program.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, teaching, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding of admitted students and resolve any pre-enrollment queries.

Requirements

  • You are ideally based in Berlin (or ready to relocate).
  • You are a clear and confident communicator, with strong written and verbal skills in English and German (B2-C1 minimum).
  • You are motivated and results-driven: whether you're a junior eager to grow or a seasoned sales professional, you bring ambition and ownership to your work.
  • You are passionate about tech and AI: you don't need to be a developer, but you have a solid understanding of the tech landscape, AI trends, and job market evolutions, and the curiosity to keep learning.
