Responsibilities
Brindar seguimiento, gestión y ejecución de las iniciativas de mejora continua (Kaizen) en la Banca Remota.
Atender solicitudes de negocio relacionadas con el mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades.
Realizar el análisis, diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias (troubleshooting) en entornos de producción.
Colaborar estrechamente con las áreas de negocio y equipos técnicos (Glomo y Génesis) para garantizar la continuidad del servicio.
Implementar y documentar desarrollos técnicos asegurando que se cumplan los niveles de servicio establecidos.
Requirements
Desarrollo sólido en Salesforce utilizando lenguajes Apex (backend), Lightning Web Components (frontend) y Visualforce.
Administración de Salesforce (gestión de usuarios y permisos).
Certificaciones oficiales en Salesforce.
Nivel de inglés intermedio.
Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines (Titulado/a o Pasante).
Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en desarrollo y soporte dentro del ecosistema Salesforce.
