Responsibilities
Represent the brand in the field of VR-based rehabilitation solutions for physiotherapy professionals
Act as the company’s VR expert and provide professional support to other departments
Promote and sell Virtualis devices within medical environments
Conduct product trainings and workshops for professionals at industry trade shows and conferences as well as in medical and rehabilitation facilities
Collaborate with experts (physiotherapists, rehabilitation specialists, biomedical engineers) as well as with management and global teams
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
Recruit and engage KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) for collaboration
Help shape and implement the sales strategy, and perform market and competitor analysis
Meet sales targets
Operate across the entire territory of Germany
Work with the Marketing department on translations and review/validation of marketing content
Collaborate with Sales to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals
Cooperate with Product and R&D teams to provide market-relevant feedback for company and product development
Requirements
Sales competence with experience in physiotherapy
University degree in physiotherapy or business administration (desirable)
Industry experience, demonstrable through sales achievements
Experience in the medical device industry and/or in sales of medical devices or related services
An existing network in the medical field and the ability to expand it
Knowledge of the VR industry
Ability to present publicly and confidently handle objections
Understanding of the sales process: consultative approach, solution proposal, negotiation and closing skills
Interest in innovations in medical devices
Independence, initiative and flexibility
Team- and target-oriented working style with a focus on solutions
Willingness to travel
Driving license class B
Fluent English, spoken and written
