Responsibilities
You identify and reach out to potential new customers based on your research, our marketing channels, and lead-generation activities
You actively support prospective customers during the free trial and through their initial steps with Artesa
You maintain and grow customer relationships through regular phone and digital communication
You assist your sales colleagues in preparing and following up on sales calls and presentations
You create and update KPIs in our CRM to ensure a smooth flow of information
You work closely with our marketing team to optimize and implement lead-generation strategies
You collaborate with our development team to continuously develop our solution with the customer in mind
Requirements
You have a degree in Business Administration/Marketing and/or initial professional experience in sales — ideally in the B2B software sector
You are outgoing and possess excellent communication skills
You are highly self-motivated and very disciplined
Ideally you have an understanding of the trades/crafts — or you’re eager to acquire it
You enjoy trying new approaches and take pleasure in improving sales processes
You are fluent in German — both written and spoken
You are a team player, think creatively, and actively contribute your ideas to the team
