(Junior) Sales Manager handling inquiries and qualifying leads for communities and clubs with hybrid work setup in Berlin. Collaborating with marketing and project management teams for process optimization.
Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact for new inquiries from clubs and community groups.
You evaluate, qualify and prioritize leads, conduct conversations, and guide prospects through the entire sales process up to the signed contract.
You understand the needs of club representatives and our partners, build trust, and deploy targeted measures to expand cooperation with STICKERSTARS.
You primarily manage inbound customers — from initial contact to scheduling appointments with the field sales team.
You handle scheduling and conduct many of these conversations.
You are the primary point of contact for all questions related to project execution.
You support the team, provide input and templates for your colleagues.
You work closely with Marketing and Project Management to optimize processes.
Requirements
Some practical experience in sales, customer service, or account management — education, degree, or career-changer: all backgrounds welcome
Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of interacting with colleagues and customers
Committed, outgoing personality with an ability to quickly win people over
Quick learner with a structured and meticulous approach
Strong customer and service orientation with a hands-on mentality
Ideally some initial experience in the grocery/food retail sector (LEH)
Empathetic, excellent communication skills and strong negotiation ability
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Residence in or near Berlin.
