About the role

  • Sales position in healthcare focusing on telemarketing and building trust with patients and family members. Working remotely after initial training period with performance-driven objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound calling with drive: approx. 120 dials per day — your target is around 5 applications per day
  • Build trust: turn skepticism into reassurance — engage relatives and patients with empathy and persuasion
  • Compassionate consultation: provide telephone information about our unique range of care aids and personal emergency response systems
  • Support existing customers: handle follow-up questions and organizational matters with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
  • Documentation & communication: straightforward use of our internal software tools (full training provided)

Requirements

  • Enjoy talking to people and the ability to convey calmness and reassurance even in difficult moments
  • Empathy, active listening and solution-oriented thinking
  • Ideally some experience in consulting, customer service, care or healthcare
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Basic technical proficiency — comfortable using a laptop, headset and software tools
