Responsibilities
Engage with pre-qualified leads and conduct sales consultations to convert inquiries into signed contracts
Evaluate property needs during virtual or on-site meetings, take precise measurements, and document project scope using an iPad-based system
Coordinate with estimators, project managers, and procurement to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project handoffs
Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM, keeping detailed records and regularly updating your performance metrics
Maintain consistent communication with clients through timely follow-ups, building strong relationships that lead to repeat and referral business
Work remotely and independently, staying responsive to emails, messages, and scheduled sales meetings
Leverage our AI-powered estimating tools and digital platforms to build accurate proposals and deliver a professional client experience
Requirements
Sales experience in residential construction or home remodeling (bathrooms, kitchens, decks, windows, ADUs, etc.)
Money-motivated, tech-savvy, and organized individuals who take initiative
Comfortable using CRM platforms, digital estimating software, and mobile communication tools
Reliable transportation for occasional site visits or meetings
Must currently reside in Hillsborough or Pinellas County (no exceptions)
