Requirements
Must be a hunter!
College graduate with two-to-five-years B2B sales experience
Demonstrated track record of success (2 full calendar years, i.e. 105% of sales goal via scorecard or sales dashboard)
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Outgoing, dynamic personality
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A self-motivated individual with a desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment
Can-do attitude that loves to compete and be challenged
Strong skill set for prospecting and developing a territory
Must be able to generate 250+ sales activities a week
CRM experience to include strong data entry and organization of sales data
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required
