Responsibilities
Organize, moderate and lead regular team meetings and briefings
Actively motivate and further develop the France team
Continuously improve and advance our sales processes
Ensure efficient and smooth workflows across the entire order tracking and order fulfillment process
Drive and monitor service and sales targets as well as related performance metrics (KPIs)
Manage and coordinate interfaces with other departments

Requirements
Completed commercial training, a degree in business administration, or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in sales and service environments
Ideally some first-line management/leadership experience
Confident use of reporting and sales control tools
Strong communication skills in German and French
Customer-oriented, organized and independent working style
Confident with common IT systems, e.g., CRM and reporting tools
