Responsibilities
As the primary point of contact, you are responsible for professionally handling inquiries from the clients of our partner insurance providers
You conduct inbound calls with our customers (no sales, no legal advice) and ensure careful documentation and maintenance of customer records in our CRM system
Acting as a central interface, you forward issues to the responsible lawyers for individual and expert handling
You identify the needs of new and existing customers and provide all relevant information about the process
Service-oriented consultation and supporting customers with their individual concerns are among your main responsibilities
Requirements
Business-fluent German skills, both written and spoken
Completed commercial apprenticeship or initial experience in customer service or the hospitality/hotel sector
Availability: 30–40 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
Good knowledge of Google Workspace
Excellent communication skills
