Responsibilities
Motivating and guiding our students through our online school
Advising on how to achieve personal and company learning targets via phone, chat, and email
Presenting the different school features and options to provide a customized service
Overcoming student objections, anticipating their needs by giving personal solutions to manage time and progress
Offering call and following up service in German (C2 level), Spanish (C2 Level) and English (C1 or C2 level)
Hosting school demo webinars
Providing technical advice and solutions to ensure all our students have the best learning experience using EF products
Responding to all questions directly or by relaying to our Global Customer Service by email or chat
Meeting the operations requirements of quality and productivity of customer support services
Reporting to your Supervisor.
Requirements
Excellent writing and speaking skills in German, Spanish, and English
Highly responsible with a strong sense of ownership and autonomy
Focused on students’ satisfaction and ready to go the extra mile
Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills that establish trusted advisor relationship with students
Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure and with uneasy students
