  • Booking & Operations Specialist in Miami managing travel bookings and supporting travel partners. Passionate about creating memorable travel experiences with a strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire customer booking lifecycle, including creation, modification, and cancellation;
  • Provide specialized support to our travel partners;
  • Ensure high-quality customer service with attention to detail and personalized care;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.

Requirements

  • Degree in Tourism or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator
  • Proficiency with airline reservation systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo
  • Strong customer service orientation, with friendliness and professionalism
  • Availability to work night shifts
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
