Requirements
Degree in Tourism or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator
Proficiency with airline reservation systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo
Strong customer service orientation, with friendliness and professionalism
Availability to work night shifts
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
