Responsibilities
Acquisition and securing of construction contracts for innovative timber construction projects in multi-family residential buildings, hotels, offices, schools and daycare centers
Leading and coordinating the bid team consisting of estimators, architects and specialist engineers
Preparing tailored proposals and negotiating construction contracts with private and public clients through to contract conclusion
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering, timber construction, architecture or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in planning, construction execution, estimating or sales — ideally in timber construction, modular construction or turnkey construction
Customer-focused mindset combined with technical expertise
