Provide clear, professional responses to queries received through group mailboxes and ensure appropriate routing and closure.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resource, Business administration, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in APAC benefits operations, India statutory compliance and HR service delivery.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing deadlines.
Proficient in using Copilot and AI tools to enhance drafting, standardization, and process efficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong stakeholder‑management capabilities.
