CRM Marketer responsible for CRM strategy, customer engagement, and data-driven campaigns at a fintech company in Berlin. Collaborating with product, data, and content teams to foster customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
You design and manage automated CRM journeys, newsletter formats and campaigns to (re-)activate and retain customers.
You develop segmentation models and ensure relevant, data-driven communication across all channels.
You are responsible for planning, executing and measuring the success of cross-channel existing-customer campaigns (email, in-app, push, social).
You analyze campaign performance, derive insights and develop strategies for the continuous optimization of conversion and retention rates.
You systematically identify growth levers within the existing customer base and develop approaches to monetize and extend customer lifetime.
You work closely with Product, Data, our Content team and Compliance — ensuring communications are always compliant and effective in a regulated environment.
You contribute new ideas for automation, reporting and personalization and continuously evolve our CRM landscape.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in CRM, email or lifecycle marketing — ideally in the financial sector or other highly regulated markets.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Bloomreach, HubSpot or similar), segmentation, automation and customer-journey design.
You think in KPIs and funnels — translating data into actionable measures.
You understand the requirements for customer communications in the financial environment and know how to achieve impact while operating within the rules.
You have a good sense for tone, storytelling and what truly resonates with customers.
You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
You work in a structured and independent way, proactively contributing ideas — with a passion for customer experiences and measurable results.
