Sales Manager promoting Saltz, a culinary marketplace, to chefs and restaurant owners in Cologne. Responsible for client visits and training on the app in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
You will be predominantly working in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission: to introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their daily work easier.
You conduct approximately 10–15 appointments per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up.
You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work to meet or exceed your targets.
You present live demos of the Saltz app to chefs directly in their work environment.
You use our CRM system (don’t worry, we’ll teach you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team.
Requirements
Whether you have worked in a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge — you understand the fast-paced world of hospitality.
Initial experience in sales or customer-facing part-time jobs is a strong plus.
You enjoy being out on the road, entering kitchens, and building personal relationships with chefs and managers.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
You can conduct conversations confidently, listen well, solve problems, and present yourself professionally.
Bonus: You speak additional languages fluently besides German or English.
