Responsibilities
Acquire new customers and maintain and expand existing business relationships in the B2B segment.

Prepare proposals, presentations and reports on sales progress and follow up on sales activities.
Continuously analyze the market and monitor trends in artificial intelligence and professional training to identify opportunities early.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in AI, digitalization or professional training.
Strong communication skills and negotiation ability at executive/decision-maker level.
Independent work style, high self-motivation and goal orientation.
Excellent proficiency in using digital sales channels and experience with CRM systems.
Confident use of AI tools, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.
You have closed deals, not just qualified and handed off leads.
Ability to translate a complex product into simple, clear language.
Enjoy in-person meetings and presence, not only online calls.
Native-level German, solid English.
