About the role

  • Domain Lead overseeing Sales Preparation within VeepeeTech's engineering team; managing strategy and AI-first transformations and delivering measurable tech outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Take on the management of the Sales Preparation Domain, one of VeepeeTech’s most strategic domains (~90 people across 2 Tribes: Sales Creation and Sales Production)
  • Report directly to the CTO
  • Accountable for the end-to-end performance and AI-first reinvention of the Sales Preparation machine, from offer sourcing and pricing to catalog, content and storefront production
  • Turn it into an agentified, scalable, brand-faithful engine that combines industrial efficiency and brand-signal execution, while preserving continuity of service
  • Co-build the strategic vision with the business and the CTO, and translate it into measurable tech deliverables
  • Manage tech and product teams
  • Drive delivery through your Lead POs and secure technical excellence through your Lead IT, Lead developers and Domain Architects

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering leadership (Engineering Lead, VP of Engineering, Domain Lead, or equivalent), with proven delivery of complex, transversal transformations in Agile organizations at scale
  • Strong business acumen and result-oriented mindset: proven ability to align tech and business around measurable outcomes (P&L, operational KPIs), not features
  • Pragmatic understanding of applied AI and agentic systems, and what it takes to deploy AI safely and reliably in production
  • Track record of leading AI-first (or comparable) transformations: adoption, upskilling, organization redesign, governance
  • Proven people leader: hiring, growing, and building inspirational technical leadership lines
  • Outstanding executive communication and presentation skills; comfort operating with COMEX-level stakeholders
  • Experience implementing policies, procedures, and innovations across teams and the broader company
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail
  • Master’s degree in Engineering/IT or equivalent
  • Fluency in English; experience working in an international environment
