Responsibilities
Support bus sales representatives to ensure the completeness of proposals and cost calculations for regional and EU tenders while complying with approval processes.
Cross-brand commercial handling that takes into account all customer- and company-specific requirements, with particular responsibility for controlling and managing commercial terms/conditions regarding policies, compliance, clearing and value thresholds.
Responsibility for the completeness of calculations while adhering to approval processes.
Telephone and, where applicable, in-person customer support for customers of both brands at the Mannheim and Neu-Ulm plants.
Preparation of commission statements for employed salespeople and independent agents.
General tasks such as year-end inventory and commercial inventory management.
Requirements
Completed commercial/business training or equivalent qualification.
Experience in inside sales / commercial sales administration, ideally in an industrial environment.
Proven experience in bid/offer cost calculation and in verifying completeness and compliance with defined approval processes.
Knowledge of controlling as well as commercial policies, terms/conditions, compliance and value limits.
Experience in processing commission payments for employed sales staff and independent sales agents.
Practical experience in commercial inventory management and inventory procedures is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
