About the role

  • RFP & Sales Enablement Specialist transforming Equativ’s tech capabilities into winning narratives. Driving demand-side success across EMEA and APAC regions with proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic RFP Ownership for EMEA & APAC
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process for global demand-side opportunities (Agencies, Brands, Trading Desks).
  • Synthesize complex technical information into clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned narratives.
  • Identify "gaps" in our sales materials based on recurring RFP themes.
  • Analyze RFP win/loss data to identify trends and provide regular briefings to the sales team.

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: A first successful experience (6+ months) within the Ad Tech ecosystem, a media agency, or a brand’s digital department.
  • Industry Fluency: Strong grasp of the online advertising landscape and eagerness to master the nuances of programmatic technology.
  • Languages: Native-level fluency in both English and French is essential.
