Responsibilities

  • Acquire a diverse skill set encompassing underwriting, marketing, and sales
  • Undergo a comprehensive business skills training regime
  • Maintain extensive interaction with various internal departments
  • Foster collaborative relationships across the organization
  • Participate in classroom instruction and hands-on application
  • Engage in office responsibilities

Requirements

  • Four Year college degree or better from an accredited university highly preferred
  • Marketing/Sales experience recommended but not required
  • Intern experience, extracurricular activities, and athletics preferred
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Competitive nature
  • Proficiency in negotiation and presentation skills
  • Aptitude for showcasing Westlake's comprehensive suite of products and services
  • Prepared for active engagement within a physical office environment.
  • In-person interactions, employee collaboration, and engagement with various departments.
