About the role

  • Commercial Sales Engagement Specialist working with Commercial Banking sales colleagues to deliver necessary sales tools and support for CRM. Responsible for training, communications, and relationship building across teams.

Responsibilities

  • work directly with Commercial Banking sales colleagues
  • deliver the ecosystem of sales tools needed to win new business
  • lead MAX Champion Network with the field
  • provide training and ongoing office hours support
  • develop job aids and materials for efficiency
  • act as a liaison with internal teams
  • evaluate and evolve MAX for better effectiveness
  • build strong relationships with sales field

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of related experience in sales administration
  • Experience functioning as a change agent to engage sales colleagues
  • Strong relationship building and customer-service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work effectively in teams as well as independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
