Junior Sales Manager in hybrid role, building Saltz.App by connecting chefs and restaurants in the gastronomy sector. Focus on building relationships and achieving sales targets in the field.
Responsibilities
You’re primarily working in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission: introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their day-to-day work easier
You hold around 10–15 appointments per week and are responsible for consistent follow-up
You plan your week independently (with support if needed) and work to meet or exceed your targets
You deliver live demos of the Saltz.App to chefs directly in their working environment
You use our CRM system (don’t worry — we’ll teach you!) and other tools to document your progress and provide transparency to the team
Requirements
Whether you’ve worked in a kitchen, run a bar, or worked as a concierge — you know the fast-paced world of gastronomy. Career changers are welcome!
Some experience in sales or customer-facing part-time roles is a big plus
You enjoy being on the road, entering kitchens and building personal relationships with chefs and managers
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
You can conduct conversations confidently, listen actively, solve problems and present yourself professionally
Bonus: You speak additional languages fluently in addition to German or English
