Responsibilities
Analyze sales, campaign, and contest performance to generate insights
Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
Validate and pressure test phone channel targets
Develop and maintain performance tracking materials
Design, test, and optimize campaign and performance initiatives
Lead recognition, reward, and engagement programs
Drive action plans based on employee engagement survey results
Partner closely with Sales Leaders and Performance Optimization teams
Manage the reward and recognition budget
Requirements
Strong analytical capability with Excel proficiency
Experience using analytical tools and systems such as Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau
Natural curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
Experience designing, managing, or supporting sales performance, recognition, or engagement programs
Genuine interest in motivating and engaging large, frontline sales teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
People leadership experience
Bilingualism (French, English) required for Quebec only
