Responsibilities

  • Grow solution‑led revenue by developing new customers and guiding them from single‑product adoption to comprehensive English learning solutions
  • Expand and deepen existing accounts by identifying unmet needs, introducing new offerings, and increasing long‑term customer value and retention
  • Turn market insight into action by tracking education policy, industry trends, and competitor movement, then converting opportunities into customized, deliverable solutions
  • Shape and execute channel strategy by strengthening partner relationships and balancing collaboration and competition to increase market reach
  • Lead complex sales cycles end‑to‑end, from opportunity discovery and solution presentation through negotiation, contracting, and closure
  • Influence cross‑functional delivery by working closely with product, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure solutions are designed, priced, and implemented effectively

Requirements

  • You bring deep experience (10+ years) in English Language Learning (ELL) or education solutions, with a proven record in solution‑based sales and new client acquisition
  • You are commercially sharp and market‑savvy, able to identify customer pain points and design practical, high‑impact solutions
  • You’re comfortable owning complex deals and navigating ambiguity, thriving in fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • You communicate with confidence and clarity in English as a working language, and you’re fluent in using CRM systems and data to guide decisions
  • You naturally collaborate across teams, raise the performance bar, and stay adaptable when priorities shift
  • You’re open to frequent local and domestic travel (around 50%) as part of building strong customer and partner relationships
