- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen, vorzugsweise in einer generalistischen HR Funktion
- Erfahrungen im Sozialversicherungs- und Arbeitsrecht
- Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Souveränes Auftreten und gute Fähigkeiten in der Kommunikation
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Programmen
