Responsibilities
Serve as the customers' technical-operational point of contact, ensuring a positive and ongoing experience;
Configure environments and provide full technical support to users;
Install and maintain servers and systems with a focus on security and performance;
Create and update technical documentation and custom reports;
Conduct training, manage access controls, and propose system improvements;
Monitor product usage, recommend upgrades, and ensure customer satisfaction;
Provide functional and technical support for SharePoint, Project Online (PWA), and Power Platform, assisting with: access and permissions; navigation and information organization; and performing other related activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
Knowledge of SharePoint, Project Online, and/or Power Platform;
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Information Technology, Customer Success, or related fields;
Experience working in environments using agile methodologies;
Knowledge of process documentation and knowledge base management;
Basic understanding of Customer Success or client relationship management;
Microsoft certifications.
