Responsibilities
**Content Creation:** Write copy for automation workflows, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and transactional communications.
**Language Adaptation:** Adjust the brand's tone of voice for different channels (an SMS needs to be much more direct than an email).
**A/B Testing:** Create variations of email subject lines and CTAs (*Call to Action*) to determine what performs best.
**Collaboration:** Work closely with designers and data analysts to align the visual elements and strategy for each send.
**Review:** Ensure no communication is sent with grammatical errors or broken links.
Requirements
Degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.
Excellent command of the Portuguese language and grammar.
Basic copywriting knowledge: understanding of psychological triggers and persuasive writing techniques.
Familiarity with CRM: Understanding (even at a theoretical level) of how an email marketing flow works (nice to have).
Organized, able to handle a high volume of deliverables and strict deadlines.
Collaborative, organized profile with an interest in developing technical skills.
Attention to detail and strong ability to follow guidelines.
