About the role

  • Customer Success Representative providing support for French and English speaking users. Guiding users through the platform and resolving issues in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Providing prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support in French and English via chat, email, and other channels
  • Guiding users through the features and functionalities of our platform and educating them when needed
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service and communication
  • Actively gathering and sharing customer feedback, working closely with product and development teams to improve the user experience
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and contributing ideas to improve engagement and loyalty
  • Working in shifts, including late and night shifts

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or another client-facing role
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
  • Quick learner, comfortable working with complex systems and explaining them clearly to users
  • Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping people
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
