Responsibilities
Central point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related and employment law matters
Execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, including all personnel-related documentation
Roll-out and implementation of HR concepts (e.g., recruiting, talent management) within the business units
Initial employment-law assessment of individual personnel measures
Collaboration with the works council bodies
Preparation and drafting of works agreements
Implementation of individual personnel measures (e.g., warning, contract rescission, dismissal)
On-site handling of special HR topics/HR projects and support for cross-group HR initiatives
Management of employee development measures
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification
3–6 years of relevant professional experience in HR management, ideally in a logistics environment
Experience working with the works council
Good knowledge of employment/labor law
Confident user of MS Office and SAP HCM
Professional appearance, empathy and strong communication skills at all hierarchy levels
High degree of flexibility, self-initiative and assertiveness
Solution-oriented and implementation-focused working style with a hands-on mentality
