Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the development and execution of collaborative growth agenda
Work with Sales Planning, Marketing and customer to create sustainable growth strategies
Lead development of specific account strategies and annual operating plans
Execute annual Innovation Summits and Joint Business Plans
Build relationships with customer personnel at various levels
Manage account P&L and optimize operational performance
Participate in monthly Customer Business Reviews and Demand Reviews
Leverage data to maximize market share, sales, and gross margin
Analyze business trends and ideate on driving business performance
Present plans and recommendations to gain customer approval
Actively manage day-to-day business interactions with customers and internal partners
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar field, MBA is a plus
Minimum 7+ years of direct and hands-on experience in sales and/or channel marketing
Experience working in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG), Fast-Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) and/or consumer durables industry strongly preferred
