Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of 70-100 customer accounts
Identify and successfully close renewals and expansion opportunities
Develop and execute strategic account plans
Build and maintain executive-level relationships
Monitor account performance to identify risks and opportunities
Reduce churn by understanding root causes of attrition
Lead account reviews and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs)
Negotiate renewals and commercial terms
Leverage AI agents to prioritize actions
Partner cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
Develop a deep understanding of the Hivebrite platform
Host Office Hours sessions to enable frequent customer touchpoints
Forecast renewals and expansions in Salesforce
Act as the voice of the customer and communicate product feedback
Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ensure customers achieve initial value
Assist the Support team with escalating key customer concerns
Domestic and international travel as needed
Requirements
5-10+ years relevant work experience as Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Relationship Manager in B2B SaaS
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close opportunities
Proven ability to use AI to maximize individual impact and reduce manual activities
Outstanding ability to articulate software product value
Demonstrated success working cross-functionally to deliver customer outcomes
Experience negotiating contract renewals and commercial terms
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
Understanding of technical concepts (API, SSO)
Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Active listener with ability to uncover customer needs
