About the role

  • Manage partner relationships to drive revenue for adjoe's mobile ad platform, utilizing analytical skills and growth strategies in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing partners to generate more revenue for both partners and adjoe
  • Analyze KPIs and trends related to partners' performance and take action accordingly
  • Develop growth strategies for partners leveraging all adjoe products
  • Establish strong relationships with partners through communication and face-to-face meetings
  • Support new partners during the onboarding process
  • Prepare and present reports and presentations to partners
  • Gather partners' requests to communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with teammates on projects focused on advertiser growth and process improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in mobile user acquisition, account management in the adtech space, or a similar position
  • Understanding of standard KPIs used in adtech (CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Expert in Google Suite (especially Sheets)
  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Output- and revenue-driven attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership
